Traditional Center Tip
Equivalent to a traditional RTD, this probe style reaches the center of the pipe and aggregates the temperature along its rugged 1/8"(3mm) diameter tip.

Keyhole Sanitary RTD - center reach tip for traditional average flow temperature measurement
Low Profile Tip
Provides accurate in-line temperature measurement with minimal obstruction of the product flow.

Also measures at the edge of the flow, near the pipe wall. This is not possible to do accurately with traditional RTDs and thermocopuples that require a minimum immersion depth.

Keyhole Sanitary RTD - Low Flow Obstruction tip
Multi-Point Tip
Equipped with multiple type-T thermocouples along its length, this probe is able to measure at several radial locations simultaneously to create a thermal profile and identify the critical hot and cold spots.

Constructed from an ultra-thin 0.058"(1.5mm) diameter tubing, the tip is swept away from the product flow to minimize product fouling, maximize the separation of adjacent measurement points, and increase tip strength.

Keyhole Sanitary RTD - measures process temperature at multiple simultaneous radial locations in the process flow
Point Reach Tip
Constructed from an ultra-thin walled stainless steel tube, this probe type is able to measure at a specific radial location in the process flow with minimal stem conduction effects to impact the reading accuracy.

Keyhole Sanitary RTD - measures process temperature at a specific radial location in the process flow
Small Bore Sensor
Suitable for use in process pipe IDs down to 0.550"(14mm). Ideal for use in pilot plant or lab-scale equipment where traditional RTDs and thermowells can introduce excessive flow obstruction or product damage.

This sensor has been tested for leak-free operation up to 3,000 PSIg (200 Bar).

Product Tray Insertion
Using the same ultra-thin probe construction as the Keyhole™ Multi-point Tip, this probe is designed to be inserted in to a packaged food tray to measure the temperature distribution within the product once packaged.
