Only industry approved materials are used in the Keyhole™ products: Sensor tips and other wetted metal parts are made of 316L Stainless Steel with a standard surface finish of 32 microinch Ra. Electropolished finishes are also available on request. Certain non-wetted components are made from Natural P.E.E.K. to acheive thermal performance (PolyEtherEtherKetone) The standard Keyhole™ elastomer seal is made of Silicone rubber conforming to 3-A Class 1. Other materials such as HNBR and Viton® are available upon request for more specialized applications.

Windridge Sensors uses only Class A and 1/3 Class B thin-film PT100 elements in its probes. Note that many commercial RTD manufacturers will only specify the theoretical accuracy of just the elements and not the complete sensor assembly when installed in a process. In practice, the construction of a probe - including any potting materials, wiring connections and mechanical fittings - all contribute the actual installed performance of the sensor. The superior design and construction of Keyhole™ enables Windridge Sensors to specify the fully installed performance of its sensors that customers should expect in practice.

This enables us to build the highest quality products, and be flexible with any new or custom requests. Windridge Sensors core competences are in the design of the sensors and fittings based on US and International patents, and providing personalized, high touch, and collaborative customer relationships.

Products sold by Windridge Sensors are warranted to be free from functional defects in and workmanship for 24 MONTHS from the time the products are shipped from Windridge Sensors facilities.
